DealScoop Hassle Free Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to love the products you buy from DealScoop. We will exchange your purchase for an item that will make you happy for up to 30 days after you receive it. If your new product is damaged you may either get an exchange or refund of your purchase.

We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

How Long Will it Take to Get a Refund?

You should expect to receive your refund 2 business days after it is received and inspected at DealScoops' warehouse. Please take care in re-packaging and returning your products so that it makes it safely back to us.

Steps to Exchange or Return a Product

If you need to exchange or return an item:

  1. Request an Exchange or Return with your order number and zip code.
  2. We will respond with a return shipping label within 2 business days
  3. Print the shipping label provided and place it on the box over the original shipping label (so we don't confuse the shipping company)
  4. Carefully re-pack the product
  5. Within 2 days of receiving the product you will be refunded according to our return policy

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
